With her 2003 debut CD EveryRoad and the 2005 follow-up Take The Pain Away SANDRA HUMPRIES has already solidified her reputation as one of Australia's finest, but it is in this, her third album, I'm Worth It, that Sandra has stepped beyond the boundaries into what can only be described as 'World Class.' Recorded in Nashville, the song choice is superb. Opening track Pardon Me [If /Don't Understand) is breathtakingly lovely. Sandra shows her own songwriting skill with Just WalkAway, another beautiful heartbreak song. Title track and new single I'm Worth It is a fiery take-me-as-I-am feminine affirmation song. Is That What He Told You? gives heart and courage to the demoralized. In the same vein comes Heartaches, Highheels And A Halo, another feisty femme track. I Left Him At Home is a sweet sad duet. The punchy Highway Habit closes the album leaving you wanting more. Whether singing of heartache or courage, Sandra Humphries is flawless.
